Should I have to pay for support?
Image Red will not charge you for general support queries such as "System Down Time"
or "the search section does not return results as expected", we feel that to deliver
the best service we can, we will endeavour to make sure that your questions are
answered properly and dealt with within a designated time frame. Some queries may
lead to chargeable work but you will be informed if this is the case, such as a
functionality change request or re-skin of various sections etc.
